How to return a product

We are committed to providing high quality sweaters and an exceptional shopping experience. If you need to return or refund a sweater after purchasing it, we are willing to assist you according to the following policies:

1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: If you find within 30 days of purchase that the sweater has a quality problem or does not meet your expectations, you may choose to return or exchange it. The sweater must be in its original packaging, unworn, with original tags and proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team and we will assist you in arranging the return or exchange steps.

2. REFUND ONLY: If you have purchased a sweater that does not meet your expectations upon receipt, but you do not wish to exchange it, you have the option of a refund only. Contact us within 30 days of purchase with the unworn sweater in its original condition with the original tags and proof of purchase and we will process your refund.

3. QUALITY ISSUES: If you receive a sweater with quality issues, such as defects or damage, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer the option of return, exchange or refund, depending on your requirements and stock availability.

4. RETURN PROCESS: Please contact our customer service team for a return authorization and detailed return instructions before returning your item. We will do our best to assist you with the return process and provide a refund or replacement. 5.

5. Return conditions: In order to accept a return, please ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn, with tags uncut, and accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns of items that have been worn or damaged.
